Minimum Stay

Generally the minimum stay requirement is 3 nights. Each property listed on VACATIONS DUBROVNIK states the minimum stay requirements for that individual location. The minimum stay depends on the season and varies form location to location. Most apartment owners will accept minimum stay at 30% higher price. In the case of paying higher price due to minimum stay lineal (Extra Fee Of) including percentage and extra amount will be shown at Booking Details calculation.

Payment

Once you select the desired dates we will change the state of the dates on our calendar (In Process Of Booking), the colour of the dates will became green, and keep them reserved for you in period of 15 minutes. Within the period (In Process Of Booking) no other user will be able to book same days. As we have high and low season prices you will be charged differently depending on chosen dates. In order to confirm your reservation you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit varies by apartment, but it is typically 10-15% (ex. Web Payment 10%) of the total price. The balance is payable upon arrival (Payment On Arrival) directly to property owner.

Cancellation

Fully or partially cancellation of the reservation will cause lost of the deposit (Web Payment) paid on PayPal.

Confirmation

Please check the Inbox of the Email you provided. You will receive two automated Emails that will be sent within minutes of completing your reservation. First Email will be from PayPal (our payment provider), confirming the payment you just have made, and the second Email will come from VACATIONS DUBROVNIK as Booking Confirmation containing full details of your reservation. In the case you do not receive this email (check your Spam and Junk folders), please come in contact with us and we will re-send it you.

Arrival Information

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be contacted by the owner of your accommodation to arrange the details of your arrival. Check in time is usually 2pm. Please notify us of your arrival time as usually arrangements can be made to allow you to check in earlier. Check out time is 12 noon. Please ask at reception if you have a late flight as we may be able to accommodate you with a room for a shower or to store your luggage until you are ready to leave.

In the case you find that the accommodation you rent does not reflect the representation shown on out web sight, please notify us so that we can take proper action to resolve the matter. However as Vacations Dubrovnik is merely a booking agent, in no case it can be held responsible for any such discrepancies.
